It does keep infections at bay. Effective and will be using this regularly to keep my system clean.

So far so good, be using for a few weeks and have not had a UTI in that time.

I ordered this product based on reviews, but before using wanted to review the literature and safety profile. The manufacturer touts multiple clinical trials in which this product was proven safe and effective; however, these trials are nowhere to be found and the manufacturer failed to respond to my request for this information to be sent to me. As a clinician, I like to review all literature prior to using this product myself or recommending to my patients. My thoughts are that if a strong efficacy/safety profile could be extracted from these studies then they would be more than happy to share the data. If the manufacturer or seller would like to forward this information to me for review, I will be happy to do so and will update this review with any additional pertinent information.

The taste is horrible. It’s a little better mixed with some water, sort of like a strong pine tree. I used it for bladder health, and didn’t notice much of a difference.

It has a nasty, fir tree taste. I didn't use it long enough to find out if it works.

I will order again. Product is a good alternative to abx (antibiotics) after failed abx treatment.

Really hadn't noticed the difference as it pertains to UTI

I do take a lot of supplements, among those, d-mannose and cranberry, so i thought i would give this a try. What a waste of money, this is the foulest thing I've every put into my mouth, and as a nurse, I know foul. I would rather get a UTI and take the antibiotics than have to force myself to taste this ever again, and I did try to dilute it, spread a truly awful taste, and made the experience worse, if that is even possible
