I am always on the lookout for food that has been tested to be free of heavy metals and microplastics. This was on the lead safe mama's list of things that are free of heavy metals. They are in a glass bottle. They are tasty and can be blended to use as a dip too. This brand often tests to be a cleaner safer brand. I have sometimes found them elsewhere for a little lower price, but I appreciate the convenience of buying them here.

These are delicious and the best prepared chick peas you will ever find. Buy them when they go on sale! The glass jar is fabulous and makes a difference in the taste over the metal can. Love a jar in the fridge for salad on ins too! I could eat these with just a little vinaigrette and be happy. They are that good! They don't last much more than a week in the fridge though- no preservatives - so enjoy soon! The best!

Love that they aren’t in a can and have very clean ingredients. Worth the extra cost to get better quality beans.

Love that the chick peas are in a glass jar- they are tasty- if you warm them up in a pan with some olive oil, yu can add to any salad or dish

These are the best chickpeas. The are not mushy and don't have any skins on them . Shop around. I found them for less on another site. Sorry Amazon.

Good taste but a little overpriced

Taste the chickpeas in a jar and you will want more. This brand is very clean and fresh and as someone who lives off chickpeas, I highly recommend this brand. It must be the glasss jar that houses the product which is for some reason tastier and I think it's their technique. The chickpeas are made in small batches and pressure cooked.I am currently a proponent of USA products so if anyone has a brand that cares about food in this similar way let me know- I will try it!
