Great showerhead.Improved the water force ( we got the 2glpm to replace 2.5glpm- replaced Keuhler shower head.Well built and I am sure would last for a long time.

Great pressure and stream variety. One of the best on the market

Very happy with this shower head. My previous one had only a few different patterns and except for the massage ones, they were too wide a spray for the combination bathtub/shower. This one has so many different options and it's easy to change from one to another. It matches my other brushed nickel fixtures very well. My only complaint is that I'd prefer some more power, but that's probably because I ordered the 2.0 gpm because I live in California.

This showerhead is heavy and appears to be very well-built. However, I was disappointed in the spray it produces – not much pressure and a bit narrow.

I'm 60 years old and have tried all kinds of foo-foo shower heads in my life (either by purchasing them or in various hotels) that feature multiple spray patterns, massage streams, rain showers, etc.....Let me be clear that no other product I've ever used is as good for its intended purpose as the Speakman Anystream is for taking a shower. And don't even bother to get any of the Speakman Anystream models that have a set of small circular jets in the center...…..they are not as good as the models that just have the 6 or 8 dispensers around the outside. I am sold on this shower head. I will never ever again buy a shower head other than this one.

Be aware. I’ve ordered this twice now and Amazon has a barcode error. Instead of shipping the smaller S-2252 2.0 gpm in brushed nickel, they’ve twice sent me the much larger S-2005 1.75 gpm in polished chrome.We have the S-2252 in other showers in the house and it’s great. I’d like another one but can’t seem to get it from Amazon.

This is a great shower head. I was tired of descaling our rainfall shower head as we suffer from really hard water. This unit claims to be self-cleaning. I just installed it so cannot comment on that. Plumbers tape for installation is included. As to the shower experience itself: You can select a weak stream of water or several really powerful jets that will massage your scalp or anything between those two settings with the lever. On either setting this shower head will supply more than enough water. You can even increase the amount of water, if you remove the flow restrictor (easy to do with a screw, google it). Last but not least: this unit looks clean and is made out of brass. I expect it to last a long time.
