My purchase of this stainless steel french press was the best purchase that I have ever made on Amazon. Not only is the product amazing, but the customer service of the manufacturing company is beyond comparison.Looking first at the product, it's super durable, easy to clean, and makes the best coffee that I've ever had. I think my favorite part is that it keeps my coffee nice and hot until I want to pour myself a cup or two.As I mentioned, it's really easy to clean, and that's because the parts are easily unscrewed from each other. Unfortunately, because of this I lost a little piece of it that helps the filter stay positioned before plunging it down to filter the coffee. Since I live with a bunch of pig roommates, I knew that that piece was gone for good in the mess. After propping the plunger up with various items while I was waiting for my the coffee to sit, I knew I needed to contact the company about getting a replacement piece since I loved my french press so much.As soon as I was thinking of this, the company seemingly read my mind and sent me an email asking how I liked the product and if I needed any replacement parts. After telling them about my missing piece, they told me that they didn't have a replacement right now, but were able to send me a whole new French Press for FREE!I can't say enough about the quality of this item, and the amazing customer service of the company. BUY this product, and you will not be disappointed!

Since I'm up first (and the one to make the coffee), I don't know how warm it keeps it over a couple hours, but my wife reports that it's plenty hot for her by the time she gets to it 2 hours later.I'm pleased that this french press has no plastic parts, makes plenty of coffee and (as described above) does a fine job keeping the coffee hot for a couple hours.The only thing I'm a bit disappointed about it the mesh/screen that filters the grounds - the center of the screen does not have a washer/grommet like my other french presses and I've been surprised to see that (with nothing to hold it in place) the small metal wires can angle up or down and poke unpleasantly during cleaning. I'm not as concerned about that as I am the longevity of such a filter. They did include two other filters- so maybe that's a nice feature or maybe it's a signal that they won't last too long.The only other note is that the hole at the top where the plunger line goes -both the outside and the inside of it - are worn in such a way that it seems it's been used for years. Again, not something I really care about. It seems perhaps just an artifact of the drilling/manufacturing but I do also wonder if, over time, I'll be exposed to more metal?In spite of those things this is a really good french press and I'm pleased with my purchase. We use it nearly every day.

Loved the lid design that enables you to close off the spout to keep the coffee hot - and it does stay hot. The only thing that would make the lid better is an engraved notch to help you line the opening with the spout visually. Also loved the larger capacity - more relaxing, less refilling and its nice for when we have company. Loved that there is NO plastic anywhere - well made, durable design. Two extra mesh replacement screens were also included. The price is exceptional considering less well designed pots with plastic are 2 and 3 xs the price with less capacity and no closing off of the spout to keep your coffee hot. It is also very aesthetically pleasing - sleek, modern look. The only minor but - be careful when pouring - I am not sure if it is the increased capacity and needing to fine tune our pouring muscle memory, but there is an occasional drip. Overall, this is a great replacement to my old Starbucks insulated press that lasted 17 years. If you love a French press coffee and have more than one person you are serving or you are looking for a great gift for a coffee lover in your life - this pot is for you.

We love this press and honestly feel like it’s the best Amazon purchase so far. Our good ole Folgers coffee tastes more like fancy roasted bean & we even put our pinky up while drinking its sweet flavors! Easy to clean & looks good on our countertops so we don’t have to shove in a random cabinet when guests come over. Thank you for this incredible device that pours pure happiness every morning.

I've bought french presses that usually have fluid measurements. That's really my only beef with this.
