I will definitely recommend this product.

I ordered this for my 73 year old disable husband. It fit just fine; however, the ties were impossible to tie around his leg and you must be standing up to use this product. He is in a wheelchair and can barely transfer to other furniture. He said it burned when he went pee AND it was all over his chair. Not sure if the product had anything to do with the burning, except maybe back wash. How are you supposed to wash this as the plastic cup is sewn in with no way to take it off. So, I handwashed them and proceeded to try to find an inconspicuous place for them to dry. Although a good idea, it is not actually for people who NEED something like this. Keep working with the idea and maybe someday you'll get a good product.

Initially I was pleased with the item. Easy to put on, fit well, and not uncomfortable.Then the problems appeared. Works great while standing but leaks when sitting.The cloth interior causes the penis to be constantly in contact with urine, the clothinterior also conducts the urine to the garment. Will try a small modification - cutoff the bottom of the cloth interior and see what happens.

These do not work well for wheelchair bound men.

This is the best device that will give them back their dignity! My dad is going through chemo and having issues with being able to quickly make it to the toilet. Please trust me...this works!!! I tried to order more but it’s a month delivery 😩

Item is terrible . Shorts fit comfortable and tight as suggested but you cannot sit down at all while wearing them . They leak terribly . Plus where the cup is attached to the shorts is not sealed all the way around .

I haven't used this product yet. For me; it's kind of a 'curiosity only' device. It seems to be very well made. It comes with a little Chinese information (written in Chinese). My questions , as well as my main concern is hygiene How to keep it clean as well as sanitary. How to wash it ? Also, in what does it need to be washed . In this case, there are more questions than answers. I would like some information from someone who has had some experience with such a device before attempting to use it myself.

This did not work at all....the area where the penis fits in is not suitable and from the first wearing urine leaked all over the patient and the garment itself....the hose isn't long enough to accomodate a normal bed size. Very very poorly designed and quality product.

Uncontrollable urinate is a big problem for elders including me. Last summer I was as so embarrassed urinating while loading groceries into the trunk of my car. Now I found the solution. This 4B pants for men is just the one I want. I tried it briefly and it works.,no leaks. 500 ml bag is fine with me people may need a 1 litre bag. I still have to get used to it. Good stuff!

Good quality.

There was no way to tighten the cup or keep the cup in the correct position. The box said there was a tightening belt with buttonholes to keep in place. There was no elastic fixation belt (as stated) and no frenums nor were there buttonholes so no way to keep the cup in a position to collect the urine. Regular nighttime movement had the penis come out and so the urine was not collecting in the bag. POORLY MADE and designed.
