Large button very easy to use. Very loud base station.

My husband is disabled and has dementia. I live across the street from my daughter. He often falls, often in the middle of the night. Cell phones have not been real good to get people to wake up. We just got these yesterday. My husband fell in the early morning hours this morning. I went and hit the button, we decided to use three pushes for an urgent matter. And they were over almost instantly. Thank you so much and they're so easy to set up. I put it in order for another set of them so that I can have more buttons and they can have more receivers. Thank you for this product it seems to be a really good value for the money.

This product is so good for people who need it. The battery lasted for like 2+ years. Is so easy to install and the alarm quality of the product is great and very loud. You can sinc more than one device. The range is also very decent. I actually bought another set because of how good is it.

I wanted a device that didn't require a phone app or wi-fi. This works perfect from one end of the house to the other. However, my stepmom is in her horse barn for long periods of time (about 100 ft from house) and I worry about my Dad, who has several medical conditions. Unfortunately the signal would not transmit from the house to the barn. After my Dad read the instructions it stated that walls or metal(I believe) could interfere with the signal.I highly recommend if you will be using in home. Very easy to set up, transmitter has a variety of tones to choose from, volume is adjustable and very loud and clear on the highest setting.

Works perfectly, alarm is loud if you want, battery life is great, and made out of good quality.

We brought my mom home from the hospital and she needed assistance to get in and out of bed to use the bathroom or to do anything really. These buttons were an absolute lifesaver so convenient and worked like a charm. Especially for the price!

Ha sido una bendición para cuidar a mi madre que debe estar en cama siempre; fácil de usar, las instrucciones vienen en letra muy pequeña, pero para lo único que hacen falta es para programar el sonido (no lo he logrado);no sirvió un botón, pero no me hace falta , lo demás funciona excelente en una casa de tres pisos, mi mamá está en planta baja y en cada uno de los pisos superiores hay un timbre, se escuchan perfecto, los techos son de losa de cemento y no hay problema; muy recomendable para el cuidado de enfermos, da libertad y seguridad tanto a ellos como a los cuidadores

The products work like magic. I have given the call buttons to my parents. They are feeling more connected than ever to me with a press of a button from wherever they are at our home. It is very helpful for people who are taking care of aged parents, elders and patients. The best thing is both receivers ring at the same time when one call button is pressed

Amazon provided a rubbish service - initially delayed the delivery and then marked the product as delivered when it wasn't. I ordered multiple items of which one was this. The box physically was not big enough to contain everything so I opened the delivery package infront of the amazon delivery driver and it was confirmed thoughbhis systems marked this product as being in the package and delivered it actually wasn't. Amazon service was rubbish and despite the driver saying they will also report this back Amazon concluded the item was delivered. It was like to talking to a wall.I approached the product owners directly just to provide feedback. They provided me with a new product and monitored the delivery throughout. They actually listened to what I said, apologised though it wasn't wasn't fault and resolved the issue promptly. Product itself is great and exactly what I needed to place around the house. Easy and straight forward to use and manufactured well.

It doesn’t have an Australian plug. You will need an adaptor which I got from local office works. It isn’t mentioned in the ad. While its inexpensive on US site its pricey for Australians. That said it does exactly what its supposed to. It has a good range, a loud bell sound and simple set up. My husband is on oxygen and very breathless he just can’t call out if I’m downstairs. This is quicker for him than calling me on the phone. This is an excellent and simple solution.
