Dissapointment
Got the product earlier today ...packaging was nice ..but the product doesnt work the way its suppose to ...it opened up pretty smooth but it doesnt retract well ..tried twice and the third time it got stuck and wudnt retract hence returning the product ..very dissapointed with the functioning have attached a photo as well which shows the position its stuck on ..
