 The day I got it, I was on my way out so I took it to my trip. In the flight, I was curious about whether it can also be used as a car dash cam. I mounted it on the car just to try it out.I uploaded short footage of my driving having it as a dash cam. The image seems to be way better than any other dash camera I had, I guess, it is because of the 4K resolution. The color is sharp, and I was able to control it easily using its touchscreen controls. The only thing I didn’t know is that, the date and time need to set manually prior to the use.A very practical and affordable action camera for every purpose. I love it.

Ok - I'll preface my review by saying that I'm not a very tech savvy person, so that's probably part of the problem. I ordered this camera specifically for the underwater use it advertised. Product arrived well packed and will all advertised attachments, but even before our trip I found the camera somewhat difficult to figure out. It just didn't seem very user friendly. Fast forward to the trip I wanted to use it for underwater shots - and the thing didn't work at all. All we got when we tried to take a picture was a white screen. And in the ocean, with the camera in its underwater case, it was impossible to try to get the problem figured out. Very disappointed.I'll might try to use it as an action cam (on land), but more than likely it'll just sit unused in it's box and I'll be out the money.1/24/19 UPDATE: Just wanted to let others who may be looking to purchase this camera... Since posting my review I have received six (6) emails offering me $30 in Amazon gift cards if I remove this negative review from the Amazon site. I have declined to do so. I honestly reviewed a product I felt did not work as expected and I intend to leave this review in place.

Unfortunately, I lost my GoPro HERO6 while diving last month. Tragedy but as an adrenaline-rush activity addict I need to move on. I am out of budget and cannot afford another GoPro for 348.91 bucks. So, I did my research and locate this action camera and thank god I made the perfect choice on this.The reasons I picked this camera out are as follows. Quality of shooting is really at a decent level. It records 4K video at 24fps and boasts a 20MP image sensor for photographs. Full-color touchscreen shows me everything as it happens. Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) has the footage stay insanely stable and smooth through the bumps and knocks so that my videos are of good quality. BTW, the image stabilization is top ace function for outdoor addicts like me. It also comes with a gorgeous bundle of abundant bonus accessories (2 rechargeable batteries, 1 bonus Kingston SD card, 1 backpack and other loads of accessories kit).Other highlights are remarkable as well.70 deg - 170 deg adjustable view angle for varied composition,Loop/Time Lapse recording,WDR,Burst Photo, Max 4x zoomingMotion detection,100 ft waterproof,Diving mode,Car DVR mode,Wrist remote control and App control,Micro USB and micro HDMI port.With the above functions, it offers something for every kind of adventure.In addition, god knows how important it is for one to have a memory card to go with your action camera. This bundle includes a Kingston 32 GB microSD card. Pay attention to this, it is indeed a true and authentic class 10 Kingston card, which costs at least 15.89 bucks. That really is beyond my expectation. I have run a test and confirmed it had the correct amount of available space and I can use it to store my pics for my Cannon. Another surprise is the ultra-foldable and lightweight backpack. Fold it into one third of my palm size and just throw it into my pocket. I can unfold it and pack the action camera and the accessories right away. Easy and convenient.I stumbled upon that my HERO6 mounts fit this one perfectly and from the vendor I purchased a 59 in 1 accessory set for the new camera. The accessory set is filled with every add-on I can imagine and a couple of more I didn’t even think of but are so handy to have.Overall, a solid five star for the performance and the considerate valuable accessories kit. This is a deal breaker with the most comprehensive function and while most affordable price. And I gotta say that It can be suitable for both beginners and professionals.

 UPDATE: The VanTop M4 Action camera is so awesome, I used it to photograph and video dolphins and whales, but I didn't expect it to go far beyond my expectations, the colors are very bright and beautiful, love it so much.========================================================================================ORIGINAL: It was really amazing to buy such a good action camera at this price. I originally planned to buy GO PRO camera, but it was a bit expensive. In the end, I compared a lot of products and chose VAN TOP Moment 4. At first, I thought that the camera at this price might be very general, but after I received it and using for a few days, I like the camera very much. it can take 4K videos, photos and there are more multiple functions of the camera, I will continue to test and give more feedback later on.

BOUGHT ODRVM POWER PACK FROM AMAZON, BATTERIES DOES NOT FIT. TOO BIG. ALSO BE AWARE THAT ALL ACCESSORIES WILL COVER USB PORTS ON BOTTOM, SHOULD BE ON SIDE. SO IF YOU CAN DEAL WITH MINOR PROBLEMS. CAMERA MAKES GREAT PICTURES. OH! ONE MORE THING,COULD NOT CONTACT COMPANY. WEBSITE IN CHINESE,COULD NOT REGISTER.
