Black Peel N Stick Self-Adhesive Sticky Embroidery Stabilizer Backing Medium Weight Tear Away 12"x10Yds

One great thing about this peel and stick stabilizer is that it didn’t leave a sticky residue on my hoop. I’ve used it twice and both times it peeled cleanly off the hoop. It’s an excellent stabilizer to float sturdy medium to heavy weight fabrics. I used it with denim and was very pleased with the results. However, while it didn’t leave a residue on the hoop, it can be quite difficult to peel off of the fabric. I really had to work to get it off around letters and the smaller areas of the design and it came off in tiny pieces. The good news is that once you finally get if off the fabric, surprisingly, it doesn’t leave an adhesive residue. It’s difficult to find self-adhesive stabilizer in black, but stick to medium or heavy weight, sturdy fabrics. I would definitely NOT recommend using on napped, textured, delicate or light weight fabrics.

Ok on some thicker fabrics, but would not recommend on silks- this product leaves a large amount of sticky residue.
