Blue Demon E71TGS X .045” X 10 LB MIG/GMAW Gasless Flux Core Carbon Steel Welding Wire, All Position, Easy Slag Removal, Formulated to Provide Porosity-Free, X-Ray Quality Welds

Been running this wire through a PW Mig 285 and burns great, minimal spatter and fills in gaps quite nice. Haven’t went below 1/8” material or higher then 3/8” but penetration on the 3/8 was great and no blow through filling gaps on thinner material. Spool came without cracks or damage I’ve seen a couple reviews about that I wouldn’t knock them for the shipping process. Would buy again

I'd rank Blue Demon welding wire in the top 3 of all the brands of wire I've run beads with.This wire feeds smoothly and lays down a nice clean bead. Spatter is minimal and easy to remove. This is my go-to wire for exhaust system repairs and other rusty dirty steel that can't be cleaned well enough for MIG.

Great product, leaves a great welding pattern. With great penetration.

I really like this wire it welds very easy and the slag almost falls of the weld by itself, I don't know what else to really say but after using this i will be trying more of there different wire cause if they are as good I just found my new brand

Have not had any issues with this wire. I use it for Farm welding. It works and its cheap.

I bought this to use on some thicker metal that I didn't think really shielded gas was going to work well with. This was my first experience using a positive ground, high amperage weld and I was surprised by how easy it went and how well it welded. I was using this wire for a wood stove that had developed some cracks over the years and was consuming too much wood because of the air being pulled through the hairline cracks. It welded well, ground down nice and seems to be holding up just fine.

Good wire! I like it better than the Lincoln and the HF Vulcan (Italian made) wire. Used this to weld up some 1/4” plate for some custom large door hinges on my shed. Not a professional welder, but this stuff works well. I opted to not MIG for quick setup, but still prepped the the metal well and cleaned with acetone. Minimal spatter and easy wire wheel cleanup.Used on an HF Vulcan Omni-pro 220 multiprocess welder on 120V with base recommended settings set for 0.30 in the preprogrammed setting, but I dialed down the wire feed a little bit. Was surprised this was manufactured in China, but it burns really well, vs the US and Italian made stuff. My fave MIG is the Italian INE inefil for general MIG, but blue demon is my go-to wire for flux now. Good prep makes a difference even with flux core!Cleanest burning FCAW wire I’ve ran in the Omni-pro 220!

Otherthan having some think funky smoke that hung around forever it’s a very good wire. Lasted alot longer than I expected.

good wire...this is my second spool of this wire...of.045...gonna buy some .035 for thinner welding...

Ce produit fonctionne très bien. Le flux est relativement facile à nettoyer puisqu'il n'y a qu'une très mince couche. La soudure semble très forte. Ce produit dégage beaucoup de fumée, veuillez bien aéré.
