Blackwater Premium Koi and Goldfish Color Enhancing Medium 5 lb.

Our KOI love this food, as evident they eat it right up! I like that it floats for a fair amount of time before leftovers sink to the bottom of our pond, which isn't that much that ends up down there.

New koi owner, tried this on recommendation of the fellows who cleaned the pond this spring. Was concerned the koi wouldn't accept it (different shape and color than old food). They scarfed it down without hesitation. Appears to be much higher quality, no nasty orange 'dust' at the bottom of the bag. As an amusing aside, my cat, the fussy eater, likes to snack on it too! LOL!

I ordered a 5lb. medium pellet bag and soon it expires within less than 60 days. The bag of food usually has a shelf life of 1 year.

I discovered this Koi food through the person who built my pond and it has proven to be perfect for my fish. They are healthy and their color is beautiful. They come swimming in a frenzied school as soon as I open the door to go out to feed them! Excellent product, competitive pricing and quick delivery.

overall, great product for minimal cost. much better than the "tetra" Wardley cheap crap

I really like this food, It floats and there is no waste as the fish really love it. This food really brings out the color of my Koi.
