Fit my older craftsman mower a 46” mower deck , a little pricey but I needed one due to leak at seam in my old one.

This was replacement for a leaking tank on my mower. It was easy to install, and with the high gas prices, I am no longer wasting gas

Exactly as advertised.
Bought for an older 2042 with a cracked bottom , fit good, works great. It's a gas tank, that's what it does. No leak, no issue.

Lasted 1 Season
Fuel tank was easy to install and it was a perfect fit, HOWEVER - after 1 year on my Craftsman mower it has developed a leak along the seam where the top and bottom are joined. It is now useless and I have removed it AND JUNKED IT.

Not a drop in fit for Craftsman
Works well once installed. I knew product was for Husqvarna, so there might be problems. Encountered difficulties during installation that required additional disassembly of Craftsman yard tractor.
