I've purchased these several times since 2014. They mysteriously disappeared for years between my last purchase in 2017 and now and I am SO excited they're back! So supportive, comfortable in any sleeping position and washable!

I was given 4 pillows after we had a fire in which I lost everything. The pillows I was given are made from memory foam and then a goose-down-filled pillow case covers it. They are very good pillows, but unfortunately, we discovered that I have an allergy to the pillows. So I finally am at a point I could afford to purchase pillows to replace those, and hopefully help my sinuses and congestion from the allergy.I purchased 2 of the "back" pillows. They came earlier than I was anticipating per the service schedule given - which is great. The pillows themselves were really soft and very squishy/comfy. When I first got the out of the box, I thought that they weren't very firm - and I'd been hoping they would be, so they could help my back (I have Spinal Stenosis - which is a narrowing of the shaft of your spine that makes your spine hit the nerve endings and causes immense pain and discomfort - and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have issues with my Sciatic Nerve as well). However, once I put the pillowcases on them and leaned back against them, I realized that they were a lot more firm than I had anticipated they would be.These pillows are making my mornings a LOT better. I will never be free from pain - it's just one of those things I have to live with every day. But the pillows are making that pain a little less in the morning and helps my muscles not be so tense during the time I sleep - which also helps alleviate the pain.They are not perfect, but then again, nothing ever really is. But they do what they are advertised to do. I love them. I'm going to have to get a few more next month - and will be trying the other "specialized" pillows too. They are comfortable enough and squishy enough, to curl up with, and they almost magically, create a firm rest for my back while I sleep. I would recommend these to everyone.

No two people are alike and neither are their pillow preferences so this may be your pillow or not. I used to travel extensively and logged in maybe 100 nights a year at hotels around the country. In that time, I found maybe 5% of the hotel pillows to my liking so to say I'm picky about pillows would not be an understatement. I sleep mainly on my side or stomach and as such, cannot take a thick fluffy pillow that elevates my head much more than a compressed inch above the mattress. Thse medium density pillows are perfect in that configuration.They also retain their shape, don't need continual readjustment or re-fluffing during the night which is important to me as I tend to thrash around from one side of the bed to the other multiple times during a 6-8 hour sleep session. The ultra soft down filled pillows are nice in that regard but require way too many adjustments to allow a good night's sleep in my view. These pillows are not perfect as I would prefer them to be a bit, say 20% softer, but when you add up all the pluses and minuses, they get a good solid A grade from me.I also want to note that the value for these pillows is outstanding. I paid about $60 per pillow from a nationally advertised pillow company for a pair of their finest but was disappointed with both the quality and design of their 'guaranteed best pillow ever' positioning statement. The pillows being reviewed here are far better for far less money. So it all comes down to what you want and what will work for you. Unfortuantely, you can't really know about a pillow until it's been test driven for an entire night of sleep.I would suggest to you that these pillows are worth the risk if your sleeping habits come close to mirroring my own.

After having shopped for all kinds of pillows for the past ten years, I resigned to having pain in spine and neck. I bought pillows from commercials on TV, Target, Sears, Macy's, and foam pillows of different sizes and firmness. It's been a bloody nightmare.Three days ago I decided to go on Amazon and review the feedbacks. One feedback made me reluctant but also made me realise that I truly needed an extra firm pillow for a side sleeper. I hadn't realized that this pillow would be my saving grace. The firm pillows from all the department stores have low quality batting and never ever remain firm.I opens the box and felt the pillow instantly. I was dumbfounded and elated to actually have an extra firm pillow as stated in description. After one night my neck pains disappeared. Second night I was in sleep heavan. I'mNo longer hurting nor holding my neck.I sleep on my side often. This is a must buy. I would not consider sleeping on your back with a side pillow as I did. It will put a strain on your spine.I'm buying the other pillows as I am also a stomach and back sleeper.

I moved & decided to discard my ancient old favorite pillow. I loved it so much because it was extra flat. I sleep a little quirky, half stomach, half side. I purchased the stomach sleeper pillow and I do love that the height is more shallow than those gigantic hotel pillows, however, it's very firm & I sleep with my arm laying out underneath. I wake up with a little bit of pain/numbness in the inner side of my elbow area because it's pretty dense & restrictive. I may end up cutting it open and taking out some filler or hoping that over time, gravity will take it's course. Great pillow, it's my sleeping habits that need a little help. I've had back sleeper friends sleep over & they sleep like a baby.

I found these pillows to be a great buy in terms of comfort and price. I was using pillows, that were much more costly and had side walls length wise instead of along the sidewall; and as a result they went flat in no time at all. I was very disappointed with them and had to use two @ a time to sleep on. It wasn't until I ordered new bedding did I think to get new pillows as well. What an amazing difference it was to sleep on decent pillows for a change! I had been sleeping on flat pillows for so long, I had forgotten how much decent pillows add to the quality of your sleep. I did not find them to be too full to actually sleep on, but full enough to be well supported while sitting up in bed while reading or watching TV. I plan to order another set; at such a reasonable price, one not need break the bank to purchase decent pillows. However, like other other bedding products, what may be comfortable for one person, may not be for another.I myself went by all the great reviews when deciding which pillows to order & many thanks to all of you who took the time to share your experience; it really helps take the guess work when it comes to ordering online. Good quality pillows, great value for money. Yes, as described, I got the firm pillows I ordered. These are as firm as I would go, in fact I ordered more but I went with medium firmness. The extra firm must be packed very hard. We have friends who sleep over, they prefer soft pillows and have asked to stick with the old ones, even the mediums are on the firm side for them. My point is: if in doubt, order a step down.Note that with our higher quality thinner sheets the blue border does show through somewhat. It is not a problem with our lower end sheets as they are thicker. If you can see the color of a magazine through your pillow cases when you slip it inside, just be aware the border color will show through. The firms are blue, mediums green.

Really not very dense. I bought the firm density and it was just about what you expect from an average pillow. They came in a huge box, so it would be difficult for me to return for something a bit firmer. I recommend getting extra firm if you want something with a bit of density. They are good quality, just way softer than I expected.

I'm not sure what I expected from these pillows, but this was probably not it.The pillows look like they're well-made, but it's the stuffing that I take issue with. The pillows are extraordinarily thick (maybe 1.5x thicker than a regular pillow). First of all, they probably wouldn't fit (or would only just barely manage to squeeze) into a regular pillowcase. Secondly, the stuffing really isn't remotely firm. I get the distinct feeling that any sense of "firmness" from the pillow is exclusively from the fact they're so overstuffed with materials.When you rest your head on one, your head sinks and meets with very little resistance. It's not springy or spongy. It doesn't bounce back with resistance, you know what I mean? Unfortunately, I'll be returning them as I don't find them comfortable to hug or snuggle with either (too overstuffed for that).

These pillows are heavenly!!! I've been on the hunt for a long time for great pillows! So happy I found these. They were actually on a 2016 best pillows list. These pillows are on the list for best pillow for side and tummy sleepers. It's been almost 2 weeks and my hubby no longer is snoring because he has proper neck support.I highly recommend these pillow for your next purchase plus you can't go wrong with getting 2 pillows in this deal.Oh... Just heads a heads up the box the pillows come in is fairly large.
