Product Description Morlach Rare Old is produced at the first legal distillery from Speyside's spiritual heartland of Dufftown, founded in 1823. Mortlach has been described by whisky connoisseurs as "The Beast of Dufftown" for its rich, complex, powerful and flavoursome character. A personality notably shaped by an unusual distillation system and excellence in casks selection. Three different distillation processes are running in parallel at Mortlach. Some of the new make spirit will have gone through more than 2 distillations and some of it more than three.
