I bought this hat for my 19 month old and while the product is cute, it is very small. It would probably fit a 10 month old a bit better. No way would this fit a 4 year old.

This fits my 3 year old perfect. He loves them. Looks like they will be warm for winter

It's really adorable but unfortunately too small. My son's not even 3 yet and its a struggle to get the hat on so he just plays with it at home because he likes it. Mittens are fine. I assume it's not stretchy because of the race car patch.

This turned out to be better quality than I expected, the toque is lined with polar fleece and the Cars image is sewn on. Very cute and fits both my two and four year olds.
