Solution bottle broken
The top of the solution bottle fell off during first use and wasted a bunch of product and ruined a project. Hopefully I just got a bad bottle. Everything else was as expected.

Bottle leaking on arrival.
The media could not be loaded. Today I received my order and I was excited to try Pixiss Blending Solution. However upon opening the package I found that the bottle had leaked into the packaging. Thankfully the bottle was enclosed in plastic. However, I was disappointed considering how expensive blending solution can be. Especially when working with larger paintings. I’ve used Pixxis paper in the past and I like their products, but those few lost drops of solution really has me bummed…I know that sounds petty, but they may want to consider different packaging.

Arrived quickly, but solution spilled
Arrived wet. Although it arrived sooner than expected, the packaging was wet inside and reeked of the included blending solution. All the sheets that came in the package were wet.
