Growing From the Greenhouse: A Quick Greenhouse Guide for the Organic Gardener Paperback – June 10, 2014

My family is planning on moving soon, downgrading from a big house in the country, to a smaller one in the city. We always had a garden in the country, and it kept getting progressively bigger as years went by, but since we are moving, we will have considerably less space, so I have been looking for some ideas on how to keep growing.This book is perfect for my situation. It does require a little bit of handiwork (and I just happen to have a LITTLE BIT of that) to actually set up everything you will need, but it shows you that you can set up a very small greenhouse in as little room as you have. It is a simple and easy guide, that is a big help for someone in my situation that wants to have a garden with very small space, or even for someone that has all kinds of space, and still wants to have a greenhouse for whatever reason (climate problems, etc).I am very pleased with my purchase, and I suggest you check it out.

This book was fine except for one thing. The tables included are too small to read on my tablet and can't be made larger. When I make the print larger the table and contents stay the same. I am sure the tables have some good info so maybe I can use a magnifying glass to read them. The overall content was good and helpful. It isn't a huge book so it is limited as to what it covers.

When I read this book, the first thing I thought was "Why I bought it". So I checked the reviews and noted it must had been because of the stars it had. So it is time to help other people to save their money.I think the only good thing this book has is its nice cover, that invites you to read it. But when you open it, you get very dissapointed. It is like an average student's school homework about greenhouses, in a very poor edition with horrible drawings. It has more questions than answers, more personal feelings about greenhouses than usefull information and more recommended web sites than recommended tips.I bet you could get good quality information in a simple search in internet. Save your time and money.

It was very good, but I would have liked more on the subject of the design aspect.

I found the book very helpful. I am just starting out on this garden adventure. I want to develop the skill to raise my own plants at home. Thanks.
