Very useful in removing trim or sidding,also useful for setting nail

A must have in your tool belt.
This tool is really better than a "cats paw", loosen up any nail, pull it with your hammer. It has sharp, accurate points to isolate the nail. The nail set is needless to say, handy. Save time/money by not having to fetch your nail puller. Buy 2, they do break, but only after extreme use, just like any other prying tool that you use a lot.

a great nail set
this is a very handy nail set and also nail puller. Putting down hardwood flooring and this is very handy for pulling up the nils that tack strips are set with. Also very well suited to setting flooring nails on the first and last course of flooring boards.

Poorly machined to pull out small nails, point not dimpled properly on center.
The groove cut in it would be find for 8d nails, but is far too large for any kind of finishing nails. I had to weld the groove shut and cut a small slot to accommodate finishing nails. Also had to regrind the nail set point.Put $150 of my time into fixing this item.

Useful tool
This was just ok as a nail set. But I sharpened it and it's great as a prick punch. The small cats paw end is very useful as is.

Best trim tool
Favorite tool in my apron . Work full time as a finish carpenter . The nail set end is the best . And perfect size cats paw for tough to reach finish nails . Love it !

NEATO!!!!
The highest of quality nailset with a little somthing extra. Can't beat that! I don't use the cats paw much, but it helps me keep up with the tool (I lose alot of nailsets). Read the dimensions - it came a little smaller than expected, but its great just the same.
