Wish I had these earlier, they make baking (which I do a TON OF) a snap for clean up! Things just slide right off. Even though I have really good air bake cookie sheets, they are kind of old and I have to butter them a bit to ensure the cookies, or other items would not stick. But, with these sheets? No more! Just slap it on and away I go. No mess, no fuss, clean up is a breeze. ...One Caveat....and one thing that makes it not a perfect 5 star.I'm not sure why, but, when I baked my lovely, clean whole pumpkins for pumpkin pie on it, one section stained.....Even though I pulled them off right away and washed it immediately. It still has a stain that will not come out, no matter what. That's a bummer. :(Now I have an yellow/orangish stain on one. Didn't expect that. Thought these would handle anything.So while I am happy with these and they do a great job.....that stain I didn't expect to get is why these didn't get the full 5 stars. Otherwise great item.

I'm on a "zero-waste" quest (sort of.. its hard!.. baby steps) and one thing I definitely needed to do was reduce my use of throw-away aluminum foil which I used a lot of on the grill and in the oven. I tried these as an alternative in the oven for lining a cookie sheet or pyrex dish for roasting veggies or cooking fish. Perfect!!! And so easy to clean by hand. I haven't put them in the dishwasher but it says I can if I choose to. And once dry, the can just be rolled up for tidy storage. Sooo glad I found these. I hope they last a long time.

Deoending on what you cook on them, you may need a scrubber to remove some staining. Do not cut food on these. If you follow these two rules, you'll have your silicone mats for years to come. I use mine all the time and they have made cleanup to much easier. A great replacement for parchment paper, and in the long run it will be cheaper too.

Makes life so much easier even if you dont bake that much! 😋 I use mine for a non-stick mat for letting fat bombs harden in the fridge. They work perfectly! Hand washing the two bigger ones is a tad bit difficult just because they are large and flimsy, but they do clean off very easily so its not much of a fight haha i have not used them in the oven yet because i didn't really buy them for baking but i do intend to use them that way as well, because i love them so much already!

I couldn't wait to use these silicone mats when they came in. First use was for a messy french bread pizza that my son wanted for lunch. I used the smallest mat in the set which was perfect and no mess on the baking sheet. The melted cheese mess on the mat was very easy to wash/scrub off. I also didn't have to use foil (which often got stuck to food I was cooking if it involved cheese) and will save me money in the long run. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered these when I was getting into a baking fit - that "never panned out". I've hardly used them so my review may not be fair. I did use one for baking bacon. It worked out pretty well, but was harder to clean than I anticipated. Probably great for those who cook and bake a lot; mine will probably sit on my shelf for a while. Not a bad deal if you use them!

These mats work beautifully at preventing food from sticking but they don't allow for crisping (such as Brussels sprouts and potatoes) as nicely as without. Foods brown but they don't develop a crispy outer layer that is preferred for so many foods. They are fairly easy to clean though I admit to needing some grease remover.

I baked 150 large cookies yesterday and the clean up of the baking sheets were so easy! No scrubbing. The silicone baking sheets made the process so simple, no sticking! I only realized that after the fact, remembering my past experience.I like to make cookie dough and make scoops, that I freeze them out into a freezer bag for future baking or eating (my kids eat raw cookie dough). These silicone sheets make it so easy. You won’t be sorry. And a much better price than the big name brands.

I got these to use when rolling/shaping/cutting dough so I don't have to use a (floured) bench as much. They are great. The dough doesn't stick, as you'd expect being made of silicone. The best thing about them is having the 2 different sizes. It's great to have the option of both the small and large mats. I've not used them in the oven yet, so I can't say how they go for baking but for prep they're a winner.

Super easy to clean and the teal border ones are a perfect fit for a std. tray. Does need a couple of scubs if what you have placed on the mat is oily (eg roast veggies in olive oil) dishwasher safe but best placed across the top shelf rather than upright with the plates.

I've been wanting to cut down the amount of baking paper I use and found these a great alternative! We've used them for baking chicken kievs, garlic bread and even cakes and they've turned out great! So easy to clean and use.

Love these mats! Unfortunately one of my mats has been damaged in the oven after only a week of use at well below the maximum heat recommendation! The silicone has cracked and is peeling. It’s a real shame this has happened.

I have just used these mats to bake some cookies - they worked fabulously. Just about to order another set.
