Depression in the mattress.
I have this mattress in my guest room. It doesn't get used often. but I had one guest stay for two weeks. Although he said it was fairly comfortable he had one major complaint. The mattress sags with repetitive use. Most of us have our favorite spot on the bed, and after he slept on it a few nights, there was a depression in the mattress.It did expand back into place after days of no one using it, still, if anyone sleeps on it again, I'll have to warn them.

it will feel hard at first but when you leave it for a few days it starts to loosen up and go softer. however the bad thing for me is that it's thinner than you expect when it's reached it's full size.

So Comfortable
So comfortable I don't want to get out of bed, my only criticism is that it smells chemically but I think that is to do with the vacuum packing & will disappear over time. Excellent value.
