First set of cartridges worked great, used the full set of colours and black. The 2nd black cartridge however, was not recognised by the printer so had to be binned. In such a situation, there is little cost saving in using compatibles if they have to be binned.

To date we have used 4 full packs of cartridges to suit a Hp Officejet printer and not had any issues.The quality is very good and the service is exceptional.Would definitely recommend to others.

These did not work for our HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 as printer would not recognise the cartridges. Very disappointing as waited a week for these to arrive. One of the cartridges was also bust in the packaging and this was all over my hands when I opened the package!Do not buy!
