Sure Water 260 Gallon Emergency Water Tank

Great quality product! Well built. Very nice water valves and lid with rubber gasket and pressure release valve for when the water level drops.Mine did not come with the hose and water preserver by accident but customer service quickly sent them to me no problem. The flexible hose that comes with it should be screwed to the bottom faucet and the faucet open to fill the tank because the hose is made of a drinking water safe cloth type material and if you just try to drape it over the hole in the top of the tank it will come flying out because the hose is floppy and not stiff.Not too heavy empty at around 70lbs I think it is but very awkward to move around by yourself, if you put 2 straps around it for handles that is very helpful. Nice to have for peace of mind. Water preserver makes water last 5 years, maybe more but is easy enough to empty and refill tank every 2 years with untreated tap water. (no water preserver). I put mine on a piece of plywood on a concrete floor, it weighs around 2,160 lbs full!

Would have given it a 5 star, but it could use a clear view to see how much water in the tank. Other than that, its great!

I filled it up and left in my garage as of about three months ago for emergency water since I use a community water source that is not always dependable. Seems to be great so far. The spigots are very high quality and the plastic walls are very sturdy. It came clean and ready to fill. I filled up using a new drinking-water-safe hose by attaching it to the middle spigot and letting the pressure from the hose do all the work. There is a slight bend to the side of the tank now that it's full, but I suspect that's OK since it's made of plastic and there are literally tons of water in this thing.

The tank is well designed, sturdy, and holds enough water to last through the outages we had with hurricane Sandy. It fit through several doorways to get to its final location. I had left the tank in its wrapping for a couple of months while we got the space and plumbing for it finished. When I unwrapped the tank and tilted it to move it into position, I found the cap was missing. Even though it was a couple of months after the tank was delivered, the folks at Sure Water got a new cap to me very fast. In short, a its a quality product from a supplier that wants it to work for you. I recommend them and it without reservation.

Everything worked out perfectly with this product. The tank came with the chemicals needed to sustain perfect drinking water for a minimum of 5 years. Very durable and easy to rinse out before filling with fresh water. Very happy with my purchase and the instructions supplied were very clear and simple. Noticed that some reviews complained about having to rinse out the tank first, well that's just plain common sense and it tells you this in the instructions, which was very easy to do. This will do exactly what is intended to do, store pure drinking water for many years.

Received these tanks as expected in perfect order. I waited for a while (procrastinated) on installing the fittings and filling the tanks. After ordering a drinking hose and water treatment from Surewater which I received last week, I spent a few hours this past weekend finishing the set up and filling the tanks. Everything worked out perfectly. The tanks are great, do exactly what I expected them to do and take up minimum floor space in the process. Should be a one time purchase.

I received the tank quickly. I followed the easy directions to put the nozzle on. It is in my garage doing what it is supposed to do. I have 1000 liters of emergency water.

Extremely well made water container and was delivered on a lift gate truck which made delivery easy. Would definitely buy another.
