I didn't measure but cables were not long enough. Having a bike repairer make the necessary adjustments. Looks like it is a quality product. Will edit review later if i can if issues arise.

The shifter was good however a little tricky to install and adjust

I was able to replace my old wiring. What I didn’t like was that it did not come w new rubber tubes.

When I first bought these and put them on they worked just fine. But after breaking them in a bit, the right side would not shift into first gear no matter hoe much adjusting I did and if it did, then it wouldn't drop into 7th. I could never get it to go through all sprockets. The left side, I never had any real problems with at all BUT after less then 4 months, it cracked and now won't work at all.

I had an old mountain bike hanging in my shed for years. I checked the tubes & tires and swapped out the shifters for these Shimano 3x7 grip shifters (with cables already attached) and the bike is almost as good as new!

It’s great that these can be purchased like this with cables already installed inside of the shifter. However, installing new ones can be very challenging. If you’re going to be purchasing these, think long term. I’m constantly changing my bar setup. Which involves lots of cable changes. These things are not meant to be worked on. They're affordable and they work like they’re supposed to. But both of mine have already had a couple baths in Gorilla glue.
