this is brilliant
it works perfectly every time. i personally put almond milk in the top and my protein powder in the middle and my supplements and vitamins in the bottom and it is just perfect.

Honestly a great shaker, smooth, good storage for protein powder if on the go. The only fault, the lid is easily opened, I placed it with liquid in my bag and it leaked all the fluid out within seconds.
