When I received this, it sended only distorted mono sound.I wasn't interested in returning it so I opened it and found incredibly poor soldering, which was the reason for distortion and mono sound, there was a leftover of solder short-circuiting couple of contacts, using simple knife to peel off that solved the problem of bad sound.But overall poor soldering is still very noticeable as USB port easily looses connection.But the device it self is good, all it need is good USB power source with good stabilisation otherwise you'll hear a lot of noise.But once all the problems are sorted, it holds connection reliably ant with good strength through double brick wall - no problem.P.S.: Would've given 5 stars if not for poorly made.

Good sound quality when it works but frequently seems to lose contact and distorts. Ruins the listening experience. Works better when using the analog input, rather than usb
