K40 MINI LASER MACHINE TUBE EXTENSION CASE

Right out of the box I was amazed at how well built this extension case is built. Solid, heavy gauge metal, every angle a perfect 90 degrees and the welds shout perfection. Even the paint is amazing. If this store has anything else I need, I will be buying from them again.

It's a great product for the right laser. Did not fit my K40 so it got returned.

The item arrived quicker than expected in good condition and is of good quality/design. I will be adapting mine to a Chinese 50W blue/white using a 60W, 39.4 inch tube. Plenty of room for this and later modifications. Pictures will follow at a later date.

This isn't meant for the Orion Chinese 50w laser sold on Amazon however if you drill your own holes into the machine it will work.

I used this part in a k40 machine, I put a 50 Watts tube, you have to make the hole for the tube in the k40, and the 4 holes for the screws.Is ok for well.

The extension box for higher-powered lasers is not available by itself. I was upgrading my 60W, whose tube fit completely inside the machine to a 100W tube which did not and needed an extension box. I purchased this one in the hopes I could "make it fit". I could and did! The mounting holes will not line up with larger machines, but larger machines have a plate over the extension hole. Just cut into that plate, drill holes for the mounting screws and voila! You've got a perfectly workable extension box. The machine I upgraded was an Omtech MF2028-60. It is now a 100W machine.
