It has broken already . UNderstand cannot be sent back
It was used to gauge temperature in the pool of course. Temperature didn't change so was totally giving wrong reading. Maybe too cheap. It is the second one I have bought.

It sinks, which can be a good thing!
I'm using this for my simple cold plunge tub. As I don't have a water circulation system the temperature a foot down is often cooler than the surface, so submerging this to the depth my torso will be is better. Having said that, I've just compared the reading from this one to three other makes, and this one seems to come up 1 degree C more. So go figure, ....it probably would come up the same as another one on the surface anyway.Also the read out is only actually visible when viewed straight on, so it takes a little rotating back and forth to make it out, and the marks between the main units are also a tad tricky to see, better if they were made white too. Almost a good thermometer for me!

We wanted a simple pool thermometer which was easy to read. This one fits the bill!

I am not convinced of its accuracy as it says the water temperature is lower since I have been solar heating the pool! I do not find it easy to read. Sadly disappoinhted.

Does the job
Recently bought an above ground 3m pool, so wanted to be able to judge water temp without resorting to the meat thermometer!This ties to the side of the pool and reads in 2 degree increments. 24 is a bit chilly, 26 is OK. 28 is nice. 30 is lovely….

Probably the worst thing ever to be made since time began
Absolutely useless. Unreadable so only useable by a blind man on a galloping horse. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

genau was man erwartet!
Auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigem Poolthermometer bin ich auf dieses schöne Stück hier gestoßen.Bei aller liebe zur Technik empfiehlt es sich doch, manchmal einfach zum einfachsten zu greifen um das präziseste Ergebnis zu bekommen. Hier bekommt man ein schlichtes, unauffälliges aber vor allem sehr zuverlässiges und schnelles Ergebnis angezeigt. Temperaturunterschiede in den einzelnen Pooltiefen von insgesamt 1,5 Metern werden binnen Sekunden analog aktualisiert. Es reicht völlig, das Thermometer kurz an die Oberfläche zu halten, schon sieht man, wie warm das Wasser in der obersten Schicht ist und die Säule steigt. Lässt man es dann wieder auf etwa 80cm in den Pool ab, sieht man sofort wie die Säule fällt.Genau so soll es sein! Qualität, Optik und Preis passen perfekt zusammen. Volle 5 Stene!

Seems to be be accurate and feels pretty sturdy.
Seems to be working okay.. bought it for an 8' easy set pool, and it seems to be keeping the temp accurate.. I wish the rope was longer on it, so I could tie it to something to keep it easy to get to since the easy set pools don't really have anything to tie it to.. but the rope does float so even though the thermometer sinks to the bottom of the pool, the rope is pretty easy to grab..It seems pretty sturdy. Feels like it'll last for awhile.
