Works great. LONG 26' cable; the new ones (at least according to the description) are shorter. Has worked very well for 18-ish months now with our Model 3 + adapter and our Ioniq 5 (and also previously an ID.4).

Great unit! Charges as advertised, does not get hot, cable is longer than some others. It is compact and easy to bring with you. Used in all weather conditions with no issues whatever. Great charger!

This charger worked fine for a little over a year and then started to sporadically have errors - the lights on the car flash from green to red and the amperage drops from 40 to 5. Had the car checked thoroughly at the dealership and they said the car was fine and it worked perfectly with their brand of charger. They said this charger is the problem. So I looked on Amazon product page for warranty information and it said to "check the manufacturer's website". The Morec website clearly states there is a 2 year warranty. When I contacted Morec and sent them a description and videos of the problem, there response was even though our warranty is 2 years, if you buy this through Amazon the warranty is only 1year. I explained to them that it says in writing on their website that the warranty is 2 years and makes no mention of a lesser warranty if purchased through Amazon. Their response continues to be the warranty is 2 years if purchased through us, but only 1 year if purchased through Amazon. I have insisted that they need to honor the warranty that they show in writing on their website and they have refused. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND CHARGER!

Bought this during a sale. Works as it should. The display is clear and easy to read. The build quality seems good. My Chevy Volt only uses about 15amps, but it prepares me for the future.

Great product! Much faster than the 110V charger but cost more! Still reasonable except needed to install new 220V outlet, 50Amp! But 40Amp will work. Overall, would recommend to all e-V users!

I bought this for my Mustang Mach E to get a 4 Amp charge. I works well and i seem to get about 34-36 charge miles per hour. takes about 10 hrs to charge from 30-100%.Update: charger got wet inside and stopped working with 6 months. Contacted CS and they wanted to give me 50% discount on a new one. I had to push for a replacement. New one is working well. I have shielded it from the rain to keep it from happening again. So I would say it's not waterproof.

This is a very good electric charger. Once it is attached to the wall, it provides a quicker method of charging your compatible electric automobile. It will take some time in attaching it to a wall. Make sure you have a strong attachment so this expensive unit is firmly attached to a wall (cinder blocks in my garage). The unit itself has only one screw for attachment. I would recommend you get to a hardware store for stronger screws to prevent breakage of the unit. The other drawback is that the power cord should be longer, especially if you have two cars in your garage. This charger works well for my electric Mini Cooper, reducing the time needed for a full charge. Unfortunately, it is not able to charge my Tesla.
