Maybe useful if you are a 12 yr old girl or a mature woman of similar physique but for normal ppl it's too smal. My wife is size 10 and it only works her back.

This product is great, I was skeptical at first but it actually does work, though it’s recommended for hip training I do think it doubles as a massager for those with lower back and hip pain, i recommend
