This is a fantastic book on drying foods, a truly great resource. It's very well-written and easy to read and understand. There are recipes as well as how to build drying equipment along with charts on drying times for any vegetable or fruit you can dry. I highly recommend this resource.

If you grew any of your own food this is a must book. Or if your Gardner friends supply you with their surplus. Drying is the oldest and one of the safest way to store your bounty.

Great ideas for the home preserver
This is an excellent book on how to safely dry and store the food you have worked so hard to dry. This book is easy to read and the directions are clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this book to beginners and anyone interested in home preserving.

Good concise information
This book provides concise info for the beginner interested in preserving food by drying. The other great feature was the information given for alternative methods of preserving each of the foods mentioned.Great information.
