Expensive, but well-made and worth it.
I bought two of these for my truck and they're great. Super sturdy and easy to use. They're clearly more expensive than other solutions, but they're easier to mount than a regular gas container (I used to use bungee cords and tie-down straps). If you've got a place to mount them using the RotopaX adapters, nothing beats them.

Top quality
This is by far the best gas can to have. Quality is outstanding. Yes it's expensive, but when you see the difference between this and a standard gas can, you will understand the price.

Overpriced gas cans that work.
Don't get me wrong these really serve a great purpose. The green filler necks are a pain but that is not their fault. California has some crappy laws when it comes to this stuff. So simply buy some aftermarket non standard ones for a few bucks and replace the ones they come with or just use them. I mean they do work just more of a pain. The price is extortion but that is what happens when you have very little competition. Someone needs to start making these in china and forcing some competition to get the price point lower. I would still buy these of course but it would help me out anyway. They do work. But like others have said don't keep them full. If you do you need to vent them often. Again not their fault another California law I am sure prevents them from being self venting. But I guarantee for those who offroad without these or any other gas can solution have at some point worried whether they were gonna have enough gas to make it out. Simply fill your tank then fill these before your trip and that worry simply slips away. When your done for the day or that trip simply put the gas from these in to your gas tank and so they can be stored empty and no need to vent them.

The Standard for side-by-side gas tanks
I looked at a number of similar products before settling on the brand-name RotopaX. This was a bit more costly than alternatives, but I can see it was worth the differential. There are no seams, it seals well, and mounted to my rollbar without any issues. The included (in the tank) pour spout was a bit awkward to use, but I figured it out. A byproduct of the emissions restrictions.Recommended.

Good quality
I changed to these from some cheaper made fuel cans. These have been holding up well bouncing around on my side by side.

These are built well.
I set up two of these back-to-back using the RotoPax DLX and extender. Added a gorilla lock clamp to use my own lock.Very strong- built well.
