It's not "the" end all, be all book, but it's invaluable for entry-level through mid-level professionals in the field and is used by buy side, sell side, and advisory organizations. Diese Buch verspricht den Überblick über Outsourcing und an welche Dinge dabei zu denken ist.Das Inhaltsverzeichnis nennt auch viele Stichwörter, die bei diesem Thema wichtig sind, wenn man nicht Fehler und Probleme anderer neu erleben will.Aber es fehlen auch einige Aspekte. Und vor allem, werden die Stichwörter nur angesprochen. Eine wirkliche Besprechung und ein inhaltliches Eingehen fehlen. Wenn dann doch wenigstens die Checklisten und Temples für diese Themen einigermaßen vollständig und praxistauglich wären. Aber leider Fehlanzeige.Hier sollte die Erwartung also nicht zu hoch sein, denn dieses Buch liefert maximal einen groben Überblick. Es ist aber leider weit entfernt von dem, was der Titel verspricht "Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge".
