Wrong colour, not 100% reset but OK.
Have bought refurbs from Magpie before but this was a cheap deal on what would be an upgrade from my S8. Delivery was great but when I turned it on it was speaking German at me. Languages had not been reset nor had voice assistant been turned off so phone was basically talking at me in German whilst the instruction were likewise. After googling I worked out where to go and changed language easy enough but voice assistant was still on making me double tap everything for some reason. Again after a while I found out where to go and it turned into a normal phone.Minor problem and phone certainly looks in good nick and came 80% charged. Just if you are resetting them please take off language and other settings.

This was a birthday present for my daughter, she loves all the features it has and overall is a really good phone

For the money, you can't really complain!
Other than it's battery life, which is quite low lasting just a few hours of use even after a full charge, the phone comes looking brand new and works just as well. For the money you pay, you can't really complain! It's definitely an awesome option to get you by until you buy your next brand new phone.

Phone is fully functional but charging port is a little damaged
As said in the title, the phone works great. I got this as a replacement for my last s9 which i loved so i thought why not.Honestly for about £170 (i believe this was the price that i got it for) its very good and value for money is great.As far as i can tell, each phone sold has a maximum of 1 thing wrong with it. Some are perfect and some might not be that way. With mine, it was the charging port thats a little busted.Sometimes says theres water in the port when there isnt and all the chargers ive used have to be held at an obscure angle to properly charge the phone (i know this is the ports fault rather than the cable as all these chargers work fine with other usb c devices)Other than that i have no scratches and the phone is just as good as i remember when i got it brand new when it launched
