"The Intellect" 3 Pair of Full Reading Sunglasses (Not Bifocals) - Outdoor Sun Readers for Men and Women

Received these glasses, which are sold in flimsy plastic & paper case that falls apart, in a bubble envelope that was opened at the top although nothing was missing. The Amazon employee that filled the envelope also threw in the plastic strip from the adhesive portion of the envelope. I guess they were too tired to place it in the trash can.Since the glasses were all out of the flimsy wrapper they come in and the envelope was opened, I looked them over very carefully. It's annoying that these were not sent in a cardboard box like every other (even smaller) item I order from Amazon. All three pair seem fine.They feel good on my face, seem sturdy enough for the price and the lenses give clear vision. The lenses are lighter than the reader sunglasses I have now and give a bright appearance to my surroundings, when looking thru the lenses, which makes it easier to see. Need to see if they are good in bright sunlight but, so far, very nice. Like the spring hinges. A cleaning cloth for each pair is included and there is protective plastic cling film on each lens of each pair. There was care for protecting against scratches but very little concern over what damage might occur when shipped in flimsy packaging.

I could never get comfortable in "sun readers" that have a little circle of magnification in the bottom. It made me dizzy. These are just dark lens reading glasses like I'm used to regular reading glasses inside - no adjustment other than looking over them for distance. I'm much more comfortable that way. They are comfortable and stylish and a 3 pack is great because you need to stash them everywhere!

After finally leaving one company to whom I was a steady customer I was searching for another. I didn't want the same problem as before, arms break off after a few weeks, so I gave these a shot. Unbelievable quality. The color of the lens, an amber, is perfect. I bought the 3 pack and have been changing off for months now with absolutely no problems. Arms are tight and lenses clear. Highly recommend.

i was very disappointed when costco did not carry the reading sunglasses this year. so amazon was my next stop. they came earlier than expected, bonus !!!! they are perfect for what i needed. the full frame reader is the only way to go. these were a great price and are just what i needed. i got the tortoise and they are very fashionable and cute. i have a small face and they were a perfect fit. the lenses are just dark enough and i have experienced no glare.they are so comfortable that sometimes i come into the house and forget to take them off. i also find them to be good for driving.. i would recommend them.

This is a great deal. I got more than I expected. The ones I received were dark, which is what I wanted, but they were all a little bit different. One was more green, another amber, and another rose tinted. They are also a good design. Couldn't be happier.

I use these as driving glasses. I wear perscription glasses but I need sunglasses to drive and these readers work perfect for me. I can't read very well in them, but I can read street signs and such. I used to be able to buy higher strength readers at a store they went out of business, then I couldn't find them anywhere. Amazon to the rescue! Anyways, the first pair only lasted about a month before a hinge broke on an arm, but I've been wearing the second pair for a long time. And, I have the 3rd pair add backup! Overall I'd say they are a good deal.

good styling, right shade depth and excellent clarity for reading power (2.50, etc). I've used them a few times outside and it's a lot easier than juggling a pair of clear readers and bigger sunglasses on top. there is not side uv protection. be aware of that. the other reason i give this product only 3 stars is the frames are quite large. if i drop something and bend over to pick it up, they have an annoying tendency to fall off completely. i've not been successful in tightening them yet. will still work on shaping a bit. Other than those few quirks, good product for price.

Can't beat these for the price. I am lucky enough that I can drive a car with reading glasses on and see everything. Couldn't find any locally that weren't bi-focal readers. So for me buying these are the equivalent of purchasing prescription sunglasses for $7 per pair with spring hinges. I ordered 6 pair.
