The tails should of been a bit bigger

I'm not sure if both sides are supposed to velvet, but this is not velvet on both sides. Word of advice to all: handwash in a bucket of water with handsoap or washing detergent to remove excess dye or you will be upset when you go to bed and find your pillowcase with color stains the next day. I ordered "Sin" [burgundy] and within the first handwash the colors were running down the drain. Overall, the quality is good. The stitching that goes down the middle is kind of big n noticeable but not a deal breaker. The length of strings is long enough. I'm about a 7 1/4 in hat size and this fit me well without looking too big or doofy.

This has to be the best velvet durag I’ve bought from amazon the quality was amazing it does not fall off as you sleep great compression what more can i say 5 stars all day YOU HEARRRDD!!! PS mind you i have a big dome and it fits perfectly so all you big dome peeps this durag got you !

I like how the velvet is on the seamless side. So it stays put on my head. If the straps were a couple inches longer and it would be perfect.

This durag sucks plain and simple! I've been waving for 10 years and have used all kind of brushes rags hair products etc and this rag makes no sense at all. It has absolutely no compression no matter how hard you tug on the tail it will not lay flat at the top so you will never get crown progress it sits up like a cone head. The only reason I purchased was thinking since the material wasn't traditional it would stay on while I slept wrong it sits next to me everytime I wake up and of course to return it has to be unworn. Also when I received it it had a real strong smell like aqua net hair spray. I guess they try to spray it down with that so they won't bleed but the smell took a week to come out. I'm sure this seller is paying or giving free durags in exchange for a good review but I would suggest if you want a velvet durag for whatever reason it's another seller with them for under 10 which is what this one is worth!

Very nice quality and fit.

I was pretty blown away by the quality of the material. I’ve never felt a durag so soft. It felt the way I would imagine cashmere feels. The elasticity was also crafted nearly to perfection. I didn’t want to take it off because it felt so incredibly comfortable.
