MTG Magic the Gathering - Duel Decks: Blessed vs Cursed

Great product very versatile to start with

Bought these at the suggestion of other MTG players here on Amazon to play with my teen kids and they absolutely loved it. I have not played MTG in years since back in college and these decks are great to play straight out of the box. The rules/turn sheet and deck rules / descriptions where easy for them to use and explained what we needed to understand for them to get into the game right away. If you want to begin playing Magic this is an excellent place to start. I got 3 duel deck boxes and we have mixed them playing each other and they are so much fun and well balanced. Each pack comes with the instructions a box for each deck and a 20 sided die for life.

Fun decks for two people trying to get into the game. My wife will only play the black deck and refuses to switch, and I have beat her in every single game we have played. I think some of that is the fact that I am more familiar with the game than she is, but I think the decks are also not perfectly balanced. You have to play the black deck really well or get lucky with the right cards to win, the white deck is much more forgiving. Still fun to play.

Ordered this to show my friend, what MTG is (i didn't play since m12 release and didn't have a deck with me). Both decks are pretty equal and are almost ideal to learn how to play MTG even if you never was into TCG/CCG. Both decks have several week spots and are good as a starter for a low level fun-play decks.After 2 days, my friend is already buying boosters and we ordered a fat pack for each, so if you want to hook someone on Magic, just buy one of duel decks sets and show him how to play!

I gotta say, these decks are fun enough that I regret making fun of MtG players for the last 20 years. I would never aspire to be more than a kitchen player, but these are perfect for my interest. The decks are designed to take advantage of each other's weakness, which makes them great for introducing my kids to deck-building mechanics.

These are not bad duel decks. The white is more powerful than the black. But if you can buy enough time, if the black gets going it can overwhelm. Overall they are fairly balanced. Also can be turned into good decks to play with friends with a few changes. Not the best duel decks ever, but one of the better ones.

This was my first magic the gathering related purchase. It’s been hours of fun for my brother and I. Neither deck is really truly overpowered. However they have their own play styles and if you can’t grasp how to play the decks you will lose. Great for learning.

Another well balanced duel deck, though I found it to get old a little faster than some of the others, just given the respective mechanics. But still worth a few plays.

Perfect condition and great cards (visually).Unfortunately I hate the decks but that's more on me that anything.

One of the best pre constructed duel decks on the market in my opinion. Black/blue just absoloutly kills the table top! If you are lucky enough... Awesome delivery time and arrived perfect no defects!

Very happy with the selection of cards that came in these decks. Definitely worth it.
