Nice, but no way to make custom like item offers
This is nice adult sized insulated lunch bag. Bright colors that make it hard to forget and not leave it behind somewhere. The zipper is thick and stitching seems to be quality. I would have given it five stars, but description states it can be customized, but no where in the ordering process does it allow for that. I took it to a local embroidery and due to insulation lining, it cannot be done. The outer shell is also nylon and any permanent fabric pen will bleed.
