Not the most comfortable but will stop you getting a flash if doing a quick job. I used them with my plasma cutter. But a full face mask needed if doing more than a quick job.

Overall for the price you get what you pay for, the glasses work and do what they are supposed to do. I bought them for use with my new plasma cutter as I didn't want to use my full face welding mask.When I tried them on they felt very 'plasticy' and the part that fits over the bridge of the nose was sharp and uncomfortable.I altered it with a Stanley knife to remove the sharp edges and it helped somewhat. I also had to cut the elastic strap that goes around the head to hold them on as it wasn't big enough for my head.Apart from that they worked fine for me as I will only be using them for a few minutes now and then. If you intend wearing them all day long then pay more for another pair that will fit comfortably.

I purchased these and sent them back when they arrived. I have no Idea what I was going to do with them but is certainly wasn't welding.

First impressions of these glasses were that they looked like a toy! However, they work surprisingly well and darken faster than my dedicated auto-darkening welding helmet. They come with a set of legs to use as glasses and also a elasticated strap to use as goggles. The strap however is too small for an adult. Obviously these only offer eye protection and cannot replace a proper helmet, but for occasional use these are just the job!

Ideal for small welding jobs

Cannot get these to fit my fat head. My son however can wear them and they do work well for him. You do get a false sense of security though, because you lean in to look at the work, forgetting you are not wearing a mask, just glasses, leaving your lower face unprotected.
