A side dish I remember from the student union cafeteria included brussels sprouts, yellow squash, and onions.

This is very interesting. I had not realized how many things (besides frozen dinners) could be cooked in the microwave!

Loved this since we live in hotels a lot for work. Various recipes, including how to make breads and sweets.

This is a great book with delicious recipes. A great book that you most have. I one gripe is that there is no photos. Other than that it's great. Awesome job Ms.Hupp and I hope you make another cookbook.

This book has some decent recipes in it, unlike any of the other microwave recipe books I tried.

Gift for my in laws since they are doing more microwave cooking.
