My New Favorite Muffin Pan !!
The media could not be loaded. I had been using regular metal muffin tins for a long time. I bought this pan after spending 20 minutes trying to scrub remnants out of my "non-stick" muffin tin. Tried it. Its awesome.I couldn't help but compare it to traditional metal muffin tins, so just a clarification that's my reference point. This was my first time to try silicone bakeware and there are significant differences with the metal pans (some good, others not so much). I followed the instructions and lightly greased each cup with a little bit of oil, and the muffins easily pooped out when I pushed from the bottom. That was truly amazing. Here are my thoughts after baking with it a few times:PROS:CLEANS VERY EASILY. You can see how it compares with my metal tin in the pictures. There's barely any sticking which makes it easy to clean.Muffins just pops out. Any spillage on the pan just bakes and falls off as well.Muffins brown perfectly - just as well as metal muffin tins.Cools More quickly than metal pans.CONS:Very flexible. I had to put it on a metal cookie sheet to take it in and out of the oven easily.I had to increase baking time a bit in order to get a nice brown finish on my muffins, since these pans don't get as hot as metal.Overall, I've had a good experience and I like the silicone muffin pan. I'll definitely be trying out different recipes later on.

Perfect for egg muffins!
My kids and I made mini omelets in in a traditional metal cupcake pan...what a disaster! Not the cooking part, but the clean-up. To make a long story very short I ended up throwing away my two steel cupcake pans that I've had for the last 25 years because the clean up was virtually impossible. We really like the mini omelets but I needed to find a better way to cook and be able to clean up afterwards. After much research and reading literally hundreds of reviews, I decided the Keliwa was the one I'd try. It arrived quickly (thank you amazon prime) and worked like a dream. There wasn't any weird smell and the pan itself didn't turn white or discolor when turning the molds out. I wanted to try it a couple of times before reviewing it so I could give my honest opinion. As the directions and many other people state, you have to put this on a pan of some kind to move it around because it is flexible. We liked this pan so much in fact, we bought a second one! Now our family of six can prep breakfast for the week quickly and easily! Seriously, clean up was easy and this is hands down one of my favorite purchases of 2018.

Works Great...Need a Couple More
Let me start with the Stability question: no, they are not stable in the sense that you can pick them up and they won't bend...they ARE silicone, for goodness sakes. Yes, you do have to put them on a cookie sheet or other pan (B/4 you fill them). However, the silicone material is sturdy in itself, meaning it is not super thin and should hold up to long-time use and cleanings. As for the Easy to Remove and Easy to Clean questions, Absolutely! I've only made cheese crisps in them so far and only cleaned by hand fo far (because I chose to) and the food popped out perfectly and cleaning was probably less than a minue in a sink of hot, soapy water. Cheese crisps came out perfectly round and the same size.I think I expected the muffin sizes to be larger but only because I realized I had been using jumbo sized previously. I am enjoying this pan and need to get a couple more.Next up, egg cups! I can't wait to see how they come out. I'm sure they'll be great. My sister uses silicone pans for her egg cups. Enjoy!

Good product
I needed a muffin sheet that would rust because I like to cook egg muffins right in the tin. Overall this works great! The food cooks well, it’s very easy to clean, it doesn’t rust and the food didn’t stick. My only issue was that it is very hard to pick up to place in the oven once it is full. I ended up putting the muffin tin on a cookie sheet to put in the oven. I made a huge mess trying to get it only the cookie sheet. Moving forward I would put it on the cookie sheet before I fill it. I learned my lesson but I am docking one star for convenience.

Non-stick, easy to use and clean
I use muffin pans to make mini-frittatas, and I prefer these silicone pans over the traditional metal pans. I pop one of these on a baking sheet, add some chopped veggies (whatever I have on hand, whatever is in season), sometimes some type of meat (bacon, ham, sausage), eggs whisked with chopped fresh herbs, and top with grated cheese. Bake -- they pop out of the silicone easily, let cool for about 15 minutes, then onto a plate and into the freezer; then into a zipper lock bag. I pull out one or two for breakfast. Heaven! This silicone muffin pan is as good as I've seen anywhere. I've used them several times already (I purchased two), and have absolutely no complaints at all. As with most silicone bakeware, you need to set this pan on a cookie or baking sheet before filling and placing in the oven.Bottom line: good quality, solid performance, highly recommended. 5 stars.

Ah-mazing!
My husband loves egg cups and I have always made them for him with my metal muffin pan. It is always a pain. No matter how much I spray the cups to grease them, my egg cups always stick and leave half the cup in the pan. It was so frustrating, I would make these beautiful cups with all the bright colors and then I would destroy them while trying to remove them. I finally had enough and purchased this muffin pan. I FREAKING LOVE IT!!! I still spray the cups a little just to be sure, but the egg cups just pop right out every time! No sticking, no tearing the cups in half, perfect every time. Then I just pop the pan into the dishwasher and it looks like brand new every time. I highly recommend this pan, I even bought a second so I can make two batches at once.
