Knorr Side Meal Homestyle Chicken Stock, Pack of 4

I rarely write reviews for food unless I dislike something- but this chicken stock gel by Knorr is probably the best product I've found in years. In fact, when they stopped carrying it a few months ago in my local grocery store, my son would no longer eat chicken, because he said it had a 'funny taste' (as in 'no taste' because I had had to use a different broth seasoning to cook the chicken in the crock pot and shred it for sandwiches). I am so happy to have found it on Amazon. Not diluted, it has a very chickeny-briney taste that really enhances chicken dishes. It may seem expensive, but it is well worth the price. I am glad Amazon offers this product, as it can again be a staple in our house- we make chicken at least 2 times a week!

I came upon stock pots from Chef Marco Pierre White and although I know he is sponsored by Knorr, I felt compelled to try the product. It is a gamechanger for my dishes. Anything that asks for chicken stock I use instead and it pumps up the flavor and I have even incorporated it into a few other dishes where it makes sense instead of salt. The secret is out as I went to the store during quarantine and they were sold out. Went to a different store I know carries it and the same thing. Thank you Amazon!

Both the beef and chicken versions of this product are the best on the market. I have tried most other products in hopes of finding something less expensive, but always come back to the little Knorr tubs. They are easy to use for the home cook and have the richest flavor.

I love both the chicken and beef stock. I use the for so manny things...soups, casseroles and on and on. So easy to use and saves so much space sorting it, instead of big cans or boxes. Excellent product. I can even open a pot and freeze what I don’t use.

This has been a go to cheat for homemade soups and sauces for years. I always have both the chicken and beef. The veggie is hard to find, but buy it if you see it. Great base for gravy.

My family loves this stuff bc the flavor is wonderful in sauces. Unfortunately,it contains xanthan gum which is very bad for IBS sufferers.

Such a wonderful flavor! I get so many compliments on my soups, rice & sauces. I never use broth in a can or cube again. It's hard to find in stores so I was happy that I could buy it on Amazon. It comes in beef too.

First, I like how compact this is. So easy to store. It’s like having quarts of stock on hand without the giant containers. I make large batches of matzo ball soup for my family, and this is one of my cheats. I add several of these to my broth to give it fuller flavor without adding the sodium of a bouillon cube.
