Been using this product for many many years now, and had great results with my performance in and out of the gym. It's got all your essential vitamins plus amino acids. But please do drink plenty of water as you will be making your toilet neon.

Neon Yellow
Results in neon yellow piss, which leads me to think it's more going down the drain than helping me any...I think this is a problem not with this product specifically, but all pills. Need to spread out absorption over time. Better balanced diet is probably more beneficial than any pill supplements will provide. Maybe a slower release form factor could help too.
