ServSafe Manager, Revised (6th Edition) 6th Edition

Very beneficial. This is a required course for food service managers in Alabama. It is easy to read and understand with sample questions and answers in each chapter. This is a course recognized in all fifty states so If I move, I will already have the course. My employer supplied me with a book but I bought this because I wanted my own copy to mark and highlight.

It was very helpful as I was studying for my test. Lots of photos to show what they are talking about which was great and an easy read.Good investment. And I passed my test! 😊

This book has 10 chapters instead of 15 taught the class using it and prefer it to classwork book for short two day classes.

I doesn't come withe the Code that I will need so I'll have to return it back. By the way, the book is in really good conditions.

Very good book if you need to get certified as a Safe Food Manager----a lot of information presented in a study friendly manner. I thought it was a little costly.

The book came in great condition, however, it does not come with the answer sheet or the access code that you will need for the class. So I had to send it back and purchase it again somewhere else.
