ManageFirst: Nutrition with Answer Sheet

Had everything that I needed for culinary school

This book arrived in the condition as described. It also arrived earlier than stated. Because the book is used, you will not get the test booklet. That is also in the description. What is omitted is how necessary that test booklet is for getting your certificate as part of the college nutrition class. Oh, and trying to get that booklet is a nightmare experience, especially if this a short semester class for the summer or winter. This is a book you should be buying new, and not used if you care about getting your certificate in addition to your class grade.

School text book

As most of the books used in class inclement an answer key in the back of the book, this one does not! Students are required to take the summary quiz at the end of each chapter and use it as a study guide. This is very difficult without knowing if you have the correct answers.

Very comprehensive information. Easy to absorb and to the point. Up to date information regarding lipids and carbohydrates.
