Very good quality for the price. Can be installed at water valve or under water tank. Fast installation and works as advertised. Purchased Hygiene Bidet one month ago and so far very satisfied.

Well in order for you to like it, you need to like the concept also. This product works as described but i am not sure if i like the concept or not.

Dont buy this item. I'm having hard time finding the parts or the adapter that fit to the water supply valve. It is not available in Home Depot or plumbing supply store. With my knowledge in plumbing, I was able to install successfuly but I have to spend $30+ for parts on 2 bidet using improvise installation technique.

This product actually works as advertised. Some hints to a better setup. Attach the white plastic hose to the T connection first. It was very difficult to tighten otherwise and you will have it come lose and spray water all over the bathroom, as happened to me. The second connection should be the one to the wall connection. Again, easier to tighten that way. The final connection is to the toilet bowl itself. The easiest of the 3. One thing i liked which was not apparent is the spray plug remains almost out of sight until you turn on the pressure. At that time it extends and sprays. Be very careful when opening the knob to begin the spray. There is lots of pressure... do I have to spell ENEMA?

Adapter was not adjustable to the water valve, unclear instructions.

What can I say, this thing works a charm. Ever since I've started using a bidet, my T.P. usage has gone way down. And I love how hygienic the water makes you feel.My theory on why everyone should use a bidet is quite simple: If you get poop on your hands, would you use only a napkin to wipe it off? Didn't think so!
