Dragon Stone Dice Tower by C4Labs

Before there was another 5 star review (not just the 1 star) that said it was a good product, so on a leap of faith, I put my order in. I was getting this for my fiancee for Valentine's Day, and I didn't even have time to open it and look at it before I gifted it to him, so I held my breath as he opened it aaaand...IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!It looks great, the plastic for the tower is thick and hardy, and coated to look like "real" dragon stone; the wood planks are stained a beautiful chestnut color so it fits with the dark dragonstone of the tower and makes it so the dice rolling through aren't a loud, obnoxious clickity-clack. It's a perfect height, and the little tray it comes with is the perfect size.I am very, very happy with this tower, and we may be buying more in the future. Honestly cannot recommend this enough, and as soon as I remember to take a picture, I'll post it up. (I literally took time out of my work day to write this review because I can tell this is a small company, and I am just so absurdly pleased with the product! Great job guys!)

It is very, very nice looking, and it has four baffles so it does a great job of randomizing rolls. And my son loved it when he got it for his birthday.BUT, as others have suggested, it is loud. They could have at least added felt to the tray and the bottom baffle, if not all the baffles.The other BUT, is that they used acrylic as the material of choice, and as my son discovered, acrylic is brittle and breaks a little too easily. And they did not appear to use a glue appropriate for acrylic. My son dropped the castle piece on the table when setting it up and one side panel snapped in two. Once that happened, the rest of it can apart a little too easily. It seems that the tower is held together more by the friction of the interlocking panels. I only found two places where it looks like glue was applied. For acrylic, they really should use an acrylic solvent bonding agent like WELDON #4, which actually softens the acrylic surfaces and then welds them together as it dries, forming one continuous piece of acrylic.So, if you are careful, this is a decent, but loud tower, and it does handle 36mm d20s and 26mm d6s.

This looks like what a dice tower should look like, a medieval tower built out of stone. It's well built and has a nice tray that catches the dice at the bottom with no spill over (like trays in other towers sometimes have). This was exactly what I was looking for and I will be using this with every game that uses dice from now on.My only two minor gripes are that (1) it is a bit on the noisey side, but the dice move so fast through the tower it's barely noticeable and (2) it is a bit on the pricey side. You get what you pay for though, and I'd gladly pay a bit more for a product I know I'll be happy with.

Very happy with my purchase of the Dragon Stone Tower from C4Labs. Easy assembly, sturdy construction and a great look for the next RPG night. This tower is a statement piece at the table and will make every attack roll an event. For the size and price point, this is a high quality product (made in the USA!).As others have stated, the tower can be quite loud so I lined the steps, ramp and tray with leather to dampen the noise. This has been effective and was a low-cost fix.Originally saw C4Labs and their products on Etsy but got 1 day shipping with Prime. Item was packed well with no damage. Exceeds expectations!

I needed this for a present. It arrived late and part of the wood was damaged and splitting, but I didn’t have time to do anything about it because it was late already.

The look is awesome. And helps out with minimizing the space I used play RPGs games
