Perfect fit
I did a DIY brake job on a 2011 Camry. The Opteve CDX1212 ceramic pads (rear) were a perfect fit. They didn't come with wear sensors, but ironically the set of front pads I ordered (another brand, a different distributor) included them in the bag of hardware for the front pads. I didn't use them anyway because the Camry went 93k miles on the first set of rear pads. As long as you take a peek at them periodically (and DIYers should be doing that anyway during tire rotations, etc), you'd catch them before they wear to the backing plates.I bedded them in properly and so far (200 miles) they feel smooth and progressive. Very quiet. Obviously can't speak to the longevity but the quality looked fine, including nicely champferred edges. I'd definitely buy these again.

Great but can be better!
Got both front and rear installed and they work great. It will be better if pads come with hardware. I did not replace the hardware and just clean the old one. It makes a little bit noise but it is hardly noticeable to me. Get new hardware/clips before installing them if you like quiet brake.
