Balchy 5-Piece Canisters Sets with Silicone Seal Borosilicate Glass Jars Vacuum Seal for Tea Coffee Sugar Pop Flour Canister for Kitchen

I have been searching for glass canisters that are airtight. I was very excited when I found these beautiful canisters; however, the lids are not airtight. When filled with finer powers such as flour, powdered sugar and xanthum gum, the product right out of the side when tilted. Very disappointed.

This product is not air tight. The lids do not seal; you can literally pull them off even after they are “sealed”. I tried putting water in one and “sealing it” and it leaked everywhere when I turned it over. I strongly suggest you do not waste your time with this product.

These look beautiful, however they DO NOT SEAL well. If you have anything in them & try to pick them up by the top or lid area the lid will detach & the container will fall. I have to pick things up by the lids a lot because of a loss of grip in my aging hands. I am very disappointed in this product & would never purchase it again. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE.

This product is amazing!! These Vacuumed sealed jars can hold any product you place in them. Has an air tight seal that allows my cereal, nuts, and other products to be kept fresh. Seal is held tight even after Ive placed the jar in the freezer. Ive had this product for about and month and seal is just as tight as the day I got it. I highly recommend this product, quality and craftsminship is excellent. The style of these jars fit in any kitchen design and will make your kitchen counter organized and classy.

I love how it turn out, the package arrived safely and the container are packed super safe so that the items won’t break. I was Impressed, the tall paste container is not fit on regular size cabinet but the rest of 4 container fitted perfect in the cabinet if anyone like to put inside the cabinet. Most of all I uploaded a lot of pictures of how tall and how thick the glasses, hope it help to the rest of you who keep wonder like I was 😁. Yes, I definitely recommend this product.

I had to return these because they were larger than the measurements say they are on the listing. I needed them to fit on a shelf, and so the measurements needed to be exact. They were hanging off the shelf by about 1/4 inch. So, it seems like the listing has the measurements off a little bit.

So I recently received my five-piece Balchy canisters. I am super happy with them and have to say a funny thing happened during the Super Bowl Sunday when I went to the kitchen to get one of the canisters that I had stored my mixed nuts (no pun intended).I was rushing back to the living room so I won't miss the game. However, I slipped, and in mid-air, several thoughts run through my mind. I wanted to safely break my fall not break any parts of my body, but at the same time, I did not want to let go the canister and have mix nuts all over my living room. The reptilian brain kicked in, and I let go the canister and landed safely on my two hands. To my pleasant surprise, the silicone seal was tight and intact.Moreover, there was no damage to the glass and saved those nuts from spilling on my floor. I watched the rest of the game with my super purchase of Balchy canister set. Thank you Balchy for making my Super Bowl fun, safe, and fresh.

I highly recommend these containers cause they are top quality, cool and light. The lids impressed me. They are airtight to keep every thing fresh. I have used other brands that are more expensive but not as high quality as these are. I love them.
