Beware - Not the same one as advertised
The one advertised is in a glass bottle but I was sent the supplements in a plastic container and some of the contents differ, eg boron is omitted. Disappointed.

V good combination of vits and minerals.Had to return as it’s not the same combination Biocare sells.Biocare had K2 on the mix rather than K which is what I was looking for
