You might want to get the longer version for serious or longer term set-ups but either way this style stake is superior to plastic or thin metal stakes in every way.Worth it.

The stake case is No as good as before though

We absolutely love our stakes. Our ginormous blowup waterslide came with crappy plastic stakes. We can rest assured our kids are safe now with these stakes

Stakes seem extremely durable, and are the perfect size for EZ-Up footings (diameter of each stake is a hair under 1/2"). My only complaint is that the craftsmanship varies from stake to stake (I purchased the 8-pack), but it's not a fashion show. The stake tips are very sharp, and a durable mesh case is included (although it's on the small side). Overall satisfied.

These are extremely heavy duty and solid. I replaced the garbage thin tent stakes that came with my tent with these. I was at a camp site that has extremely hard, compact, and rocky ground. These went in difficulty because of the type of ground. They did not bend at all and kept everything secure. They were difficult to get out again because of the ground. I hammered them sideways to loosen them and they still did not bend. I had other stakes on the site that did not fair so well and are now trash. I purchased more to replace those. The only down side is they are heavy so they are not great for backpacking. You can count on these stakes like no other I have used. I 100% recommended and have already purchased again.
